I\'ve worked closely with Professors to conduct researchers that includes but are not limited to social, clinical and experimental research studies

Visiting Lecturer for the newly made department of Psychology in the University of Science and Technology Bannu. As a self-motivated and able to motivate other by demonstrating enthusiasm and drive, I was the pioneer behind the newly formed department, not only administering it but also teaching the undergraduate students. I also had to assist in enrollment, plan, develop and organize teaching material, conduct tutorials, mark and grade student\'s assessment and programs on professional standards and ethics.

- Participated and performed a variety of assessment and intervention modalities which included comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessment to evaluate the treatment needs and treatment of it, individual consultation, intensive family consultation, group therapy, and crisis intervention.- Diagnose and evaluate emotional as well as mental disorders of individuals and groups in order to develop a customized treatment plan to provide the best professional psychotherapy for the ones in need. - Provided psychological assessments, intakes and appropriate referrals.- Proven Efficient in research, assessment, supervision, cultural diversity, communication and interpersonal skills, professional values, attitudes, beliefs and behavior, Consultation, interprofessional/interdisciplinary skill and on par with the Ethical and professional standards.
