MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In charge of a staff of marketing assistants

Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
· Supervise daily administrative operations.
· Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
· Maintain organized medical and employee records.
· Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies.
· Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff.
· Responsible to supervise and manage the customer service team, training staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service.· Ensuring all company policies are followed.· Responsible for all sales activities in an assigned primary territory.· Responsible for managing account manager sales activities in specified territories and growing top line revenues.· Providing nutritional counseling and advice to clients.· Creating a clinical nutrition treatment plan for a client.· Educating the public on nutrition issues.
· Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers· Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.· Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success. · Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence.· Review sales policies and update policies and curriculum as needed· Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights· Interview and train new sales employers, and overseeing other on boarding tasks as needed.
