o Process the arrear and diagnose the route cause to minimize it max.

• Interview & Verification new hiring employees (Non Organizational); and allotment TMS number.
• Update Roster & solve attendance query approx 800 + employees.
• Checks verify/reject arrear claim form.
• Generate Days & O.T and provide to concern Contractors’ for further working (Payroll).
• Manage Manpower Day & Night by the coordination with contractors’; and provide daily wages labor (if) production required
• Assistant in conduction of vaccination (Blood Screening) campaign
• Data Entry (personal company software “Softronic”): Create new employee profile; Education, Experience, Salary, Resign/Separation, Double, Missing Entry, Intra Transfer, Promotion/Increment (Salary/Designation), Leave & else.
• Assistance Bonus and Increment activities.
• Create Presentation & Report when Sr. Manager asked.
• Inspect all Film (BOPP, CPP, Metalize, PVC, LDP, MILKY BOPP and else purchase & manufacture material as per grade scale by physically and machine then APPROVE or HOLD. And make a report send to QAQC Manager
• Inspect all Liquid Material that use for Printing purpose as per set scale of parameter by boiling and else process then APPROVE or RETURN. And make a report send to QAQC Manager
• Check finish goods (wrapping film) ready for dispatch. Make a report send to QAQC Manager
• Inspect Laminated film as per set scale parameter
• Vigilance ongoing manufacturing and if fall any discrepancy in quality rectify the issue on urgent basis
• Update Cash Voucher in (Oracle) Software
• Update Sales Invoice in (Oracle) Software
• Create cheque against due payment; with knowledge/approval of account manager.
• Compile Bank Reconciliation
• Handle Aging and Payment (if necessary communicate with concern if delay in Payment)
• Update Payment and Receiving in (Oracle)
• Maintain File of Cash Voucher and Invoices
• Generate Payroll and distribute salary with company manager
