In professional terms, possessing a Master Degree of Economics (Social Sciences) coupled with extensive experience in the field of Project planning, implementation and monitoring, Emergency Project Supervision, Monitoring, Evaluation, Field Research, Development, Reporting, Data Analysis and liaison with different organizations, The main activities that I carried out at different professional (both at public and private) level, include Emergency response activities for Flood-2010 affected, Field data collection and verification for USAID, Customer service Center renovation and upgrading for PESCO in collaboration with USAID. I also designed and implement Capacity Building Training program, kept strong coordination and liaison with line organizations at head office and field level. I delivered Training on various issues to the community as well as to CBOs, Particularly trainings on CCB to stakeholder.

During my tenure at SIF in Chitral, I successfully managed the Access Database for two critical projects. Firstly, for the Livelihood project, I meticulously maintained a database containing records for three thousand beneficiaries, ensuring monthly updates and data accuracy. Secondly, for the Emergency Flood Response (EFR) project encompassing both Upper and Lower Chitral, I effectively managed a database covering a substantial six thousand beneficiaries. In this role, I supervised a team of six data entry operators, overseeing their work to maintain the highest level of data accuracy and reliability. This experience has honed my skills in data management and supervision, contributing to the overall success of these vital projects.
During my tenure as M&E Assistant with PRCS, Chitral my responsibilities included organizing training workshops to equip field staffs with necessary skills of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. I actively monitored projects outputs ensuring progress and process aligned with established indicators also collecting studies and success stories from field.
