Summary
My 5+ years professional experience is more about how a public-private symmetry of project management, coordination, organizing training's, both at official and field level.
In professional terms, possessing a Master Degree of Economics (Social Sciences) coupled with extensive experience in the field of Project planning, implementation and monitoring, Emergency Project Supervision, Monitoring, Evaluation, Field Research, Development, Reporting, Data Analysis and liaison with different organizations, The main activities that I carried out at different professional (both at public and private) level, include Emergency response activities for Flood-2010 affected, Field data collection and verification for USAID, Customer service Center renovation and upgrading for PESCO in collaboration with USAID. I also designed and implement Capacity Building Training program, kept strong coordination and liaison with line organizations at head office and field level. I delivered Training on various issues to the community as well as to CBOs, Particularly trainings on CCB to stakeholder.

Data Officer
Extracting Family Planning, Outreach Camps, Telemedicine, CMW’s Data from KoBo, cleaning, analyzing the extracted data and reporting to M&E manager on monthly basis.
Extracting KPI based data from District Health Information System (DHIS) Database of Department of Health, Contraceptives Logistic Management Information System (cLMIS) Data base of PWD and Health Management Information System (HMIS) database of Aga Khan Health Service of Pakistan on quarterly basis and preparing quarterly reports that offer inside and recommendation for higher management considerations.
Conducting field visits to monitor the data reported to DHIS, cLMIS and HMIS from Health Facilities, to monitor the accuracy and consistency of data reported on monthly basis and addressing any discrepancies or issues identified during these visits.
Preparing and delivering reports to Donors UNFPA and AKF on KPI based data on KPI data and ensuring these reports meet the specific requirements and expectation of the organizations.
Supporting AKHS’P Chitral IT manager on with various task related to AKHS’P Chitral IT both within the regional office and in Health Facilities.
Data Analyst
During my tenure at SIF in Chitral, I successfully managed the Access Database for two critical projects. Firstly, for the Livelihood project, I meticulously maintained a database containing records for three thousand beneficiaries, ensuring monthly updates and data accuracy. Secondly, for the Emergency Flood Response (EFR) project encompassing both Upper and Lower Chitral, I effectively managed a database covering a substantial six thousand beneficiaries. In this role, I supervised a team of six data entry operators, overseeing their work to maintain the highest level of data accuracy and reliability. This experience has honed my skills in data management and supervision, contributing to the overall success of these vital projects.
M&E Assistant
During my tenure as M&E Assistant with PRCS, Chitral my responsibilities included organizing training workshops to equip field staffs with necessary skills of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. I actively monitored projects outputs ensuring progress and process aligned with established indicators also collecting studies and success stories from field.
Support Consultant Oracle Utilities
Plan, design and recommend commercial process to improve and support commercial activities
Analyze and document clients business and process and communicate these requirement by constructing conceptual data and process models in CC&B, including data dictionaries and estimates for organization

Worked as Commercial Trainee with USAID Electric Power Distribution Program. In the said task I was involved in monitoring the project related activities and producing quarter and annual reports to donor agencies. I was also involved in developing M&E tools to collect data for filed related activities. Moreover, I also participated in annual project reviews and planning workshops on Customer Information System and assist Project Manager in preparing relevant reports.
