Have Masters Degree in City & Regional Planning with socio-economic, physical, environmental, designing and engineering background. More than 21 years of experience in planning, designing, construction, maintenance, management, application of GIS technology.
I can respond to the client's needs to outsource either by working in close partnership with operating companies or as members of alliances with other contractors and consultants.
