It has nearly same job description as of Integrated Reproductive Maternal Newborn, Child Health & Nutrition Program (IRMNCH&NP) with few additions.

I am responsible for implementing CMAM component in the stunting prevention program.
I am conducting Seminars, and awareness walks & sessions on maternal newborn, child health nutrition.
Provide immediate support to facilitation center and mobilization team.
Preparation of detail project implementation plan defining all activities, tasks, sub-tasks
I am responsible to held coordination and orientation meetings & session with LHWs, Nutrition stakeholders, key stakeholders in districts and visit local community organization regarding promotion of program activities and ensure strengthening of referral system.
Developing, supervising, and implementing SOPs for process improvement and enhanced management of different program activities

As a District Level FC Field Monitor, I am responsible for overseeing program activities and ensuring that they are in line with program objectives. I work closely with the program team to develop a monitoring and evaluation framework and establish indicators for tracking progress. I also facilitate timely submission of reports to donors, partner agencies and provincial PMUs.
One of my key responsibilities is to monitor performance indicators against the program plan and develop a monitoring matrix for effective coordination with the program team. I work with Health Facility staff and the WFP Program team to ensure smooth execution of program activities.
Responsible for documenting and disseminating best practices and lessons learned, as well as conducting program assessments to identify areas for improvement. I establish M&E mechanisms and coordinate with implementing partners and stakeholders to ensure effective monitoring.
In addition, I ensure coordination between the IRMNCH DMU and World Food Program and arrange trainings and capacity building sessions for outreach and facility workers. Finally, I monitor and supervise program activities in the district to ensure they are being carried out in a timely and effective manner.
