Project Scope: Supported communities of Earthquake affected areas in Rehabilitation of Livelihoods
·         Project Team Recruitment and Project Orientation to New Team on implementation strategies.
·          Identified 4 decentralized locations of the project area, in consultation with Community to establish medical camps to facilitate community and increase outreach.
·         Closely worked with health department, Family Planning Association of Pakistan (FPAP), UNFPAP, CDRS, and other stakeholders and organized medical camps on routine and demand basis.
·         Led research study to recognize diet pattern and reasons of malnutrition and anemia in project targeted areas.

 It was the time to rehabilitate the affected communities after 2005 earthquake. I served following duties/support as a Field Coordinator;
·         Supervise field teams to insure project set objectives.
·         Monthly, quarterly and yearly planning and reporting.
·         Establishment of centres for children’s to provide them psycho Social support.
·   Supervise field team to conduct surveys. 
·         Mobilized communities in establishing/strengthening community organizations to rapid and sustainable rehabilitation process.
·         Provide communities necessary guidelines.
·         Monitoring of established centres for children.
·         Develop organizational linkages with concerned stake holders.
·         Provide technical back stopping through meetings and support visits.
·         Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly work plans.
·         I maintained data through offline and online data management / information system.
·         Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually progress reports.
·         Compilation of  success stories and case studies from the field.
·         Played a key role in team building with in and out of the team.
