Summary
Jaweria Kakar is a committed educator with a Master’s degree in Education (2012) and a Master’s in International Relations (2015). She has over 10 years of experience teaching primary school children and is skilled in creating scaffolded lesson plans and effective classroom management. In 2022, she became a Master Trainer at Taraqee Foundation, providing refresher training for Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) teachers and non-formal education facilitators in Chaman and Killa Abdullah, while also monitoring teachers, enrolling out-of-school children, and implementing educational programs. As of July 1, 2024, she serves as a Training Officer under the IRC ECHO project, overseeing 38 ALPs in Pishin, Killa Abdullah, and Chaman, while supervising and assessing ALP teachers and students. Jaweria has also taught various subjects at different levels in several schools in Quetta, showcasing her leadership skills and dedication to education.

Training officer
Working as training officer at Taraqee Foundation under IRC ECHO project in district Chaman killabdullah and Pishin . There are 38 Accelerated learning programs for OOSC (out of school children) As training officer i m designing refreshers/trainings for ALP facilitators and also observing classes and reporting to project manager.
Master trainer
Master trainer at Taraqee Foundation under the IRC ECHO project in district Chaman and killabdullah. 8 ALP centers in both districts . My responsibilities as master trainer were to train teachers of ALPs and assess classroom management.
Teacher
Working as a junior class teacher at Fazaia inter College samungli Air Base Quetta from 2017 to 2022 . I was home teacher , teaching 5 subjects . Maintaining students record , working on daily and monthly lesson plan , got trainings from Fazaia Teacher Training Institute Islamabad and also conducted training there on lesson planning , parent teacher meeting and continues assessment . I m really thankful to Fazaia that I learn lots there .

In Air Foundation School System jinnah town i was a teacher and also performing the responsibilities of coordinator . Arranged a training for teacher on classroom management and lesson planning. I was teaching to senor classes , subjects were English and Pakistan study . Every moment of my life i learnt alot.
