Ø Develop detailed MS and JSA for each task and activity. Ensure the Method Statement (MS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) comply with the relevant standards and regulations. Communicate the MS and JSA to the shutdown team and stakeholders.
Ø Oversees the Work Permits / PTW (Permit to Work) process for all Construction activities.

Ø Verify the consistency and clarity of the symbols, labels, tags, and annotations used in the P&ID.

Ø Ensure the P&ID complies with the relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the field.
Ø Evaluate the design and functionality of the control room layout and panel drawings and specifications. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current layout and arrange.
Ø Check the accuracy and completeness of the instrument power distribution and network drawings
Ø Verify the conformity of the drawings with the project specifications and standards
Ø Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or omissions in the drawings
Ø Review the cable routings/schedule and termination drawings for accuracy and completeness. Identify any discrepancies or issues with the cable design and installation. Verify that the cable terminations are done according to the specifications and standards.
Monitoring and coordinating the site E&I activities of the contractor, vendor, and its sub-contractors for all electrical, and control instrument installations.
Ø Monitor site material handling and preservation to facilitate construction progress and quality of materials.
Ø Supervise the installation of various instruments pressure, temperature, flow and level sensors, control valves, actuators, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI. according to specifications and standards
