•Coordinate with the District TB Coordinator, Provincial Coordinator, District Lab Supervisor, Private Healthcare Facilities, Private Labs, and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the TB-DOTS under the PPM project.
•Carry out district mapping exercises if required, in consultation with the district health department (Chief Executive Officer-Health (CEO-H)/District Health Officer (DHO)/ and District TB Coordinator (DTC) under the guidance of the Regional Coordinator
•Timely submission of monthly progress reports, and quarterly TB Recording and reporting (R&R) tools, activity reports after endorsement from district health authorities
•Timely submission of monthly work calendar; and ensure to follow the timelines •Meet the assigned targets of TB case registration and activities.
•Conduct regular visits to selected Hospitals, private healthcare providers, labs, large hospitals, and partners for Sputum Transportation Intervention
•Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per the Guidelines.
•Timely supply of anti-TB drugs, and lab reagents to private partners
•To understand the crucial importance of 100 percent contact screening, and do contact screening of the bacteriologically positive cases, and put these contact persons on treatment for latent TB as per the Guidelines
•Support hospital staff in maintaining TB R&R tools and anti-TB drug stock.
•Refer the rifampicin-resistant TB cases to the PMDT site and facilitate their registration at the PMDT site
•Implementation of the Active Case Finding (ACF) activities in the field in close coordination with district health authorities and with the support of the Regional Coordinator

Provide technical support and assist in the development and implementation of various nutrition related activities and processes supporting alignment with wider project objectives Participate in regular field visits and meetings to gather and verify information needed to understand the needs of the most vulnerable communities and targeted groups. Sensitize project beneficiaries and local communities on nutrition information and be able to answer any nutrition queries raised by the beneficiaries at the community level as advised by the direct supervisor Undertake standard data entry tasks in accordance with defined systems, to ensure information is organized and readily available. Support the management and implementation of the community level nutrition activities to ensure that they are performed within the established targets following defined policies and procedures.
