The Education Survey Officer will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing surveys related to educational programs and initiatives. This role involves working closely with clients to assess educational outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to support educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Survey Design and Development:
Develop survey tools and methodologies tailored to educational projects.
Design questionnaires and data collection instruments to capture relevant educational data.
Data Collection and Management:
Coordinate and manage fieldwork for education-related surveys, including training field staff and ensuring quality control.
Conduct surveys and interviews with various stakeholders, including students, teachers, and educational administrators.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze survey data using statistical software and qualitative analysis techniques.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project teams to ensure that survey activities align with project objectives and timelines.
Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for educational programs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders to gather data and provide insights.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to present survey findings and discuss implications for educational policy and practice.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that survey processes adhere to ethical standards and best practices in data collection and analysis.
Conduct regular checks to verify the accuracy and reliability of collected data.
• Conduct frequent field visits following the approved travel plan, dedicating approximately 90% of working time to field activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Provincial Field Coordinator to oversee and execute field monitoring tasks related to the EPI Programme.
• Operate within the specified geographic area, but be prepared to work in any district within the province as required.
• Adhere rigorously to checklists developed in coordination with the Technical Working Group (TWG). Provide daily reports (or as per TWG agreement) to the • Monitoring & Reporting Officer and Provincial Coordinator, in line with the predetermined reporting and field visit schedule.
• Primary responsibility involves completing checklists accurately, sharing them with relevant program personnel for review, and ensuring proper follow-up.
• Additionally, record video and audio snippets of significant events, development initiatives, program gaps, and stakeholder perspectives.
• Ensure all collected data is promptly submitted to the Provincial Coordinator (PC) and Monitoring & Reporting Officer (MnRO) within the office.
• Exercise restraint from taking corrective actions or intervening in the inclusion of monitoring findings or actions that deviate from the agreement without written authorization from management.
• Document a monthly case study, lesson learned, or best practice relevant to the assigned area. Share these insights with the Provincial Coordinator.
• Adhere to ACUSUSs HR policies delivered through email communications. Non-compliance may result in termination without prior notice.
• Utilize personal Android devices for data collection purposes, ensuring that the management retains the ability to audit and verify the data collected.
• Visit at least 20 HFs (EPI fix, outreach, mobile) once in every month to monitor, supervise and support vaccination team in HFs and MHTs visited and ensure that EPI activities are implemented according to plan and best practices.
• To provide on the job training for vaccinators during visit based on observed and documented evidence in areas that require improvement.
• To flag and report urgently any challenge/issue that require urgent attention of the R/PEMTs, DoPH, R/PEOC
• Participate in NID (National Immunization days) monitoring and support vaccination teams to ensure they have adequate supplies, and implement campaign based on plan and assist in resolving any refusals that may be encountered by the teams.
• Participate in evening review meeting and ensure all reported/observed weakness are address as part of plan for subsequent day campaign activities.
• Prepare monthly report of the HF visit that include vaccine and non-vaccine supplies situation, good practices observed, areas requiring improvement, actions taken at field level and key recommendations for follow-up
• Share monthly report based on the agreed template, either online or hard copy or both as may be requested by the R/PEMT.
• Participate in EPI and PEI microplanning processes.
• Participate in EPI sub-committee meetings and R/PVLC and provide suggestions and recommendations on EPI improvement actions
• Participate in NGO monthly HF in charge meetings and provide constructive feedback on how to improve EPI performances based on the findings from the HF visits
• In addition to above, the EPI Monitor Coordinator (EMC), one person to be selected from the monitors will
• Develop monitoring and supervision plan for all monitors and is to ensure all monitors implement those plans within the month
• Collate, analysis and provided harmonized EPI monitoring/supervision report each month to the R/PEMT, R/PEOC
• Carry out any other task assigned by the line manager.

· Train Peer educators’ participants on facilitation of communities’ awareness on sick killer diseases
· Establish good relationship between the community leaders and the organization.
· Ensure that the Vaccine is distributed to the Health facility point regularly.
· Ensure the proper maintaining/monitoring of cold chain by checking the temperature twice a day
· Forecasting, storage, recording and monitoring of vaccines
· Safely provide immunizations to infants, children and adults, in accordance with MoH guidelines, including:
· Static vaccination sessions in basic health units
· Outreach activities in the field
· Mass vaccination campaigns
· Record and share relevant, up to date information in a timely manner including:
· Maintaining accurate records to monitor coverage of target population
· Maintain accurate EPI records
· Recording and reporting measles cases
· Regularly contributing to clinic reports as required
