Key Responsibilities
1. Activity Planning and Resource Allocation Prepare detailed activity implementation plans. Discuss and allocate necessary resources for the activities.
2. Community Engagement Ensure active community participation in livelihood project activities. Mobilize and orient community members about the livelihood projects and organizational mandate.
3. VDC, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) Form or reorganize male and female Community-Based Organizations (CBOs). Mobilize these groups for livelihood and enterprise development, and business incubation.
4. Village Mapping and Profiling Conduct village mapping and profiling using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) tools such as BBCMs, Mapping/Profile, conflict resolution, and wealth ranking.
5. Capacity Building Identify and organize appropriate capacity building and technical resources to support project implementation. Mobilize the community for skill development training and create linkages with other stakeholders.
6. Project Implementation Ensure efficient and effective implementation of food security, livelihoods, and cash-based interventions at the community level.
7. Reporting Write and submit regular reports, including daily field visit reports, weekly progress reports, and other reports as requested. Actively participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
8. Awareness and Sensitization Facilitate and support awareness sessions on various topics. Mobilize and train community groups, and organize and facilitate meetings as required.
9.Social Mobilization Follow and implement the Social Mobilization guidelines of the organization at the community level.
Responsibilities and Achievements
• PRE-Campaign Conducted Polio Teams (Mobile, Fix and Transit Teams) Trainings on inter- personal communication, Tally sheet, cold chain, vaccine vile monitor and Door marking, Desk revision and Field Validation of Micro Plan, Union Council Redness Report, Data analysis for logistic and human resources.
• INTRA-Campaign Conducted Moring Assembly, Morning Report, inter Personal communication, Intra Campaign Monitoring (ICM) clusters, Polio Teams monitoring and supportive Supervision in field, Evening meeting with teams and Tally sheet analysis, Data presentation and evening report submission to District Polio Control Room (DPCR).
• POST-Campaign Post Campaign Assessment Taking 60 Hose Hold Cluster Randomly Per day. Inactivated Polio Vaccine (IPV) (May 2016) Conducted a household survey for the immunization status of children under 2 years for inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) National Corridor Action Plan Survey (NCAP) (Oct 2018)
• Conducted national corridor plan household survey
• To record the supplementary immunization (SIAs) status of the children’s under 5 years for oral polio vaccine (OPV) Micro Census High Risk Mobile Population (HRMP) (March 2018) Micro census of Afghan Refuges (AR), Nomads, Seasonal Migrants and those people who regularly move to and from core reservoir districts for economic or social reasons and who reside within communities they visit. Measles campaign (Oct 2018) Conducted Moring Assembly, Morning Report, Intra Campaign Monitoring (ICM) clusters, measles vaccination Teams monitoring and supportive Supervision in field, Evening feedback meeting with teams and daily analysis of achievement against target, preparing and share Evening Report to District office DPCR. • Timely investigation of Acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) Cases, follow up investigation, ensuring quality specimen collection and transportation

8.Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Climate Change Adaptation, Food Security, Livelihoods, Cash transfer and WASH-related interventions at the community level.
9.Write regular weekly, monthly and other reports (as per suggestion and need). Facilitation and support in conducting the awareness sessions.
10.Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required, and organize and facilitate meetings.
11.Follow the Social Mobilization guidelines of SIF and implement them at the community level.
12.Perform other duties as requested by the line supervisor.
13.Prepare daily field visit reports after commencing the visit to the field. Prepare and submit weekly progress reports well on time.
14.Prepare any other reportswhen required/asked by the supervisor Actively participate in staff meetings.
15.Conduction of Trainings:
To develop a training and session plan to train cash for training participants;
Counseling and motivation to trainees for optimal learning and sensitization;
