Senior HR Coordinator
Responsible for the strategic and operational alignment of the Human Resource Department at Human Appeal Iraq (Country Office). Key Responsibilities includes:
1. Reviewing the HR department and propose a new structure that meets current business needs;
2. Job Evaluation for the existing roles and updating the current Job Profiles of the staff;
3. Conducting Salary survey for the Local and Expat staff and proposed the alignment in the salary structure;
