Managing Demand & Supply

MRP Plan & Controlling: MRP planning base on Raw Fininsh goods, arrange raw & finish goods for Supply as demand of production & Marketig Department.
Supply Fininshed & Raw goods to Production & Market.
Warehouse Management: Making SOP for palcement of Raw Material & fininshed goods. Applying FIFO or As per Dispatch Shedule Placement of Raw & Finished Goods. Stacking, Palletization.
Inventory Controlling: Make Shedule Weekly Mid Month or Monthly Stock checking.Daily Closing Stock, Stock Movement report checking. Bin Cards for Record the movement of stock.
Make Forcast & send to Production Deptt: for updating Inventory level.
Logistic Management: Load/Off Load the Vehicles & set Priorities.Making dispaatch Shedule of stock to Market Base on availability of material.

Procurement of Different Types of Material (Restaurant, Kitchen, Food, Construction, Electrical & electronic Equipment).
Vendor Resourcing, Negotiations, follow up on Supplies.
Site Stores Management: manage all stores at restaurants & Fuel Pumps.
Daily Demand planning of Fuel Tanks of all sites.

Regular communication with Sales Team & zonal Warehouses (Quetta, Karachi & Sukkur) regular customers and ensuring timely, accurate and efficient shipment of all customer orders.
* Conducting periodical warehouse audits.
* Step layout & space management, work organization chart, procedure such as SOP
* Optimization and maintenance of warehouse systems.
* Manage stock control, assure accurate receipt, storage, timely delivery of goods, shipment loading & transferring, document recording and data entry into system.
* Demand Planning: Effectively and Timely stock availability at least optimum level at satellite warehouses.
* Maintaining and issuing inventory report, entry and exit status report, dead stock report,
goods age report, consumption report, and manpower status report to the CEO/GM Plant.
* Suggesting measures of improvement and development of the warehouse system.
* Make sure that the health and safety requirements are met.
* Supervising, training and hiring of employees to work in the warehouse either as laborers, equipment operators, clerks or inventory control personnel.
* Liaise with Transporters, drivers, customers and warehouse personnel.
* Taking the responsibility of the stock and security of the warehouse.
* Organizing staff training workshops.
* Provide support to sales department for the efficient supply of finished product in Market.
* Maintain the system to ensure uninterrupted supply of finished good to Market.
