I have 9 years of working experience with different organizations. My most recent role has been volunteer Psychologist with UMANG organisation. Before that I was working as a Divisional Project Associate Sahiwal and Multan with IPAS iNGO, March - June 2019. I have also worked for 8 months as a Monitoring and Evaluation (ME) Officer with National Committee for Maternal and Neonatal Health, Lahore(1 January 2014 to 31 August 2014), and experience of 1 year as a Psychologist with Society for the Protection of the Rights of Child (SPARC) NGO, Multan. (November 2012 to November 2013). This experience, in addition to my previous experience of 1 year as a Lecturer of psychology in University of Wah Cantt(November 2007 to November 2008), has given me knowledge and perspective in humanitarian situations, and an understanding of the importance of developing sustainable community development programs. I possess excellent organizational skills and an ability to maintain the big picture while attending to details and logistics. I am an excellent communicator, with an ability to manage large teams of people and I remain calm and positive under pressure, especially in what can be difficult or traumatic situations. • TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: Works closely with Senior/Health Systems Advisor, Community Engagement Advisor/Associate and Divisional Project Coordinator by providing support including: preparing and assisting with the production of reports, fact sheets, taking responsibility for tracking training deadlines in collaboration with training partner; coordinating logistics and planning for follow-up, mentoring. Serve as primary back up to the Sr/Health Systems Advisor and Community Engagement Advisor/Associate at respective division level as appropriate.

• PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION: In collaboration with training partner organizations/and clinical trainers; Identify, conduct baselines, assess improvement needs and plan training for public/private primary, secondary and tertiary level health and population facilities/staff and different level of private sector health care clinics/staff. Ensure implementation of Ipas standard training, mentoring activities and other supportive supervision provided post-training.

• Under community engagement component, ensure his/her availability for Training of Trainers (TOT) for LHW supervisors. Participate in LHWs trainings wherever possible. Provide technical backstopping to CBO in the documentation for all training activities and community sessions in coordination with the Country Office Community Engagement team. Monitor at least 5 to 6 community sessions in each intervention districts per quarter in divisions through monitoring check lists. Collect data from LHWs elaj mualija register wherever possible to track the number of cases referred to Ipas intervention sites by LHWs.

• Collaboration with district/ facility level focal person/M&E coordinator and other staff for data collection and post intervention progress reporting.

• REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION: Prepare reports on training events and other program activities related to health systems and community engagement.
