I am fully conversant with Government and Humanitarian policies with diverse and wide range of demonstrated experience of 08 years working with government, donor funded projects and United Nations and have been involved in all phases of emergencies, relief, recovery, rehabilitation and development. Different roles, duties and responsibilities such as project management, institutional and strategies development, planning, integrated natural resources management, agriculture, Climate change adaptation, Disaster risk Management, Governance, Food security and Livelihood, forestry development and integrated watershed management, social mobilization and sustainable livelihoods development, monitoring and analysis have been performed. I am an effective and good team player with cosmopolitan outlook and have been in public sector, UN agencies and having immense partnership experience with many NGOs and INGOs and government line agencies. My experience also includes application and internalization of cross cutting themes of Gender, Environment, DRR,CCA, Education, Wash, Health, FSL, Research and Social protection in to multidimensional development initiatives of poverty alleviation and sustainable livelihoods.
· Technically guide and facilitate concerned team members for Establishment of Quality Assurance & Processing Unit.

The particular vulnerability of unaccompanied children and the increased risk of trafficking
Natural Resources management and agricultural activities.
• Participate in planning sessions and in the development of long-term NRM program strategies for the entire ICIMOD office.
• Train field staff and farmers on sustainable NRM practices relevant to the increased productivity of the selected value chains for the target communities. This includes designing appropriate training materials for use by farmers and other related groups
• Work closely with the Government of NWFP, Department of NRM personnel and Project Management in the design of appropriate strategies for target population in accordance with the project plans
• Ensuring that in all Resilient Livelihood interventions programming, there will be an intentional inclusion of the most vulnerable in the community.
• In collaboration with Program Team, maintain close working relationships with various partners at National and District levels aimed at improving the livelihood of poor households especially those of children and vulnerable groups and World Vision Visibility.
