Summary

With over nine years of experience in the development sector across various NGOs and INGOs, I currently serve as the Senior Project Officer and team leader for the Sukkur region at WWF-Pakistan. In this role, I manage projects funded by IKEA and IDH that aim to enhance rural communities' socio-economic and environmental resilience through alternative income generation and skill development initiatives. My career has been driven by a commitment to sustainable community development, encompassing environmental, social, and economic facets. I hold a Master's degree in Social Science from the Social Work department, which has provided me with a solid foundation for understanding and addressing the complexities of community engagement and development. I am strongly interested in monitoring and evaluation, community development and mobilization, health and well-being, and environmental protection. At the field level, my skills and expertise extend to the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and data management of projects. Additionally, I excel at engaging stakeholders, including community groups, government bodies, and NGOs, to foster collaborative and effective project outcomes.
