 To carryout Anthropometric Measurements of all target beneficiaries (Childern 6-59 months and Pregnant/Lactating Women) as per CMAM guidelines and maintain records of measurements.
 Identifying malnourished cases and referred to concerned components of CMAM (SPF, OTP or SC).
 Counseling of patients careers on Nutritional care, hygiene and follow-ups. Counselling on breastfeeding promotion, complementary feeding and nutritional needs during pregnancy and lactation.
 Document and share Success Stories related to Malnutrition.
 Awareness raising sessions on Nutrition/malnutrition, IYCF practices and nutritional needs during pregnancy and lactation in the community.
 Submission of reports on weekly and monthly basis.
 Cooking demonstration session on monthly basis.
 Overall supervision and management of the nutrition unit.

 Promote accountability and ensure compliance with IRC WAY policies, global Humanitarian Standards for Quality and Accountability, including the Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (FCRM), to ensure that affected communities and people are at the center of IRC response.
 Provide support in integrating Client Responsiveness in project lifecycles of all projects.
 Manage IRC’s Hotline numbers, receive calls, lodge these in Feedback Registry and coordinate with supervisor for further actions on feedbacks.
 Communicate the response of program leads to the concerned clients before closing the loop.
 Coordinate with project leads, Partners and other stakeholders for proactive feedbacks collection and response.
 Regularly update Feedbacks Registry and do the necessary analysis.
 Share updated Feedback Registry on weekly basis with Manager Client Responsiveness and Action.

 Introduction of program to the Afghan Refugees, Collect data and information from Afghan Refugees.
 Supporting the Strategy of Government of Pakistan for Afghan population by providing specific information on the communities.
 Assisting BEFARe in identifying the most urgent and evidence based protection, assistance needs and opportunities that will help tailoring the most appropriate response for the Afghan individuals and communities ensuring access to available rights and services;
 Providing information to humanitarian and development actors in Pakistan to help with their project development for Afghan hosting communities;
 Supporting strategy development for re-integration of Afghan population.

• Counseling of refereed beneficiaries in medical camp with chronic diseases,
pregnant/lactating female on best practices of infant, young child feeding etc.

• To receive the required tranings on the implementation of CMAM, community management of acute malnutrition and IYCF, Infant and Young Child Feeding.

• Maintain records of the nutrition supplies received from district warehouse and keep records of all distribution completed on the stock register.
• Provide weekly data to the project Nutrition Information Management Assistant for computerization/compilation and onward submission.
• To ensure all mothers (Pregnant/Lactating) attending the facility are properly educated on best practices of Infant and Young Child Feeding and properly counseled on breastfeeding and lactatation management.
• Conduction of Breastfeeding, Nutrition, Family Planing,Vaccination and Health & Hygiene sessions.

• Registration and Management of Acute Malnourished Childern 6-59 months and Pregnant/Lactating Women as per CAMAM guidelines and maintain records of measurements.
• Counseling of patients careers on Nutritional care, hygiene and follow-ups and referral to concerned components of CMAM (SPF, OTP or SC). Counselling on breastfeeding promotion, complementary feeding and appropriate use of Plumpy nuts with mothers/careers of the admitted patients in coordination with the Health promotion teams.
• Overall supervision and management of the nutrition unit.
• Periodic monitoring of the Research implementation.
• Reporting to donor (monthly, quarterly, yearly and project end).
