9. Looking after Access Control Management (ACS) system for maintaining attendance of employees at zonal level.
10. Play an important role in Acquisition, Development, and Retention of employees and support line managers to effectively manage individual and team performance through the use of PTCL Rewards and Compensation practices.
11. Weekly and monthly reporting Regional HR Review as per corporate guidelines.
1. Supervise and manage the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities of the members of the institute at Regional level.
2. Plan and organize CPD meetings with the coordination of chairman and Senior Manager.
3. Act as a liaison person with local committees for organizing and managing different events for the members of the institute.
4. Coordinate with Registered Training Organizations (TOs) regarding different issues related to trainees and ICAP policies.
5. Prepare Newsletter Content and deal with media when required.
