Job Description:
• Support the deployment of IT equipment in the BISP facilitation centres, required for the smooth Operations.
• Play an active role in supporting the overall IT system at all facilitation centres at the BISP Sites/Facilitation Centres, on-site support and troubleshooting of Tab and laptops.
• Ensure smooth operation of power systems (UPS, generators and solar system).
• Respond to queries from users, understanding and resolving issues, providing advice and ensuring, procedures, systems and tools are correctly applied to support them. Keep track of the issues and coordinate with PO for resolution.
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of the LAN, WAN and WLAN systems.
• Assist in setting up and configuring the end user requirements such as operating system and productivity software (Office 365, Teams, PDF) installation on computing device.
• Support the capacity building of Cooperating Partners and Government counterparts as and when required.
• Ensure all implementing partners in the area, registration/distribution points have adequate connectivity with maximum availability and minimized down time.
• Check routine maintenance/check of the Solar System, Centralized UPS and Internet equipment i.e, DSL, Data Sims, VSAT, Display Screens and printing devices etc.
• Rectification of Android application issues in coordination with BISP application development team.
• Reports to Provincial IT or any designated WFP staff member.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Designing, creating and maintenance of wired and wireless workgroup computer network with more than 80 workstations
