Summary
A motivational humanitarian with extensive work experience with various aid global agencies.My professional approach experience helped me to work with different agencies like UN, USAID projects.I have a vast experience in the field related work during UNHCR project PPVR for Afghan Refugees having interviewed more than 100 families (Refugees and IDP's) had given me a sound understanding of realizing their basic needs and the various factors involved in issues faced by them.i also have experience in monitoring of activities being carried out for Afghan Refugees in various camps and urban areas of Pakistan.With the collaboration of UNICEF,WHO,and FATA health program I worked as a volunteer for MAL nourished program.I experienced as a Research Assistant with a demonstrated history of working with Management System International MSI.Recently I have been assigned by UN-IOM as a data assistant where I administer questionnaires provided by the programme team and accurately record responses and conducting interviews as well as ensuring the quality of information and timely submission of data.

Programme Assistant SNFI UN-IOM
Operate IOM’s online core pipeline system for review and approval of shelter and non-food items stock requests. Share feedback back with IOM’s focal points in the field for stock distribution and plans.
Coordinate with Implementing Partners on stock distribution requests in the core pipeline system, respond to queries, give feedback, and provide training to partners and staff on how to use the system. Collect distribution reports from partners. Provide feedback on performance of Implementing Partners to supervisor and SNFI team.
Support in the administrative coordination of programme implementation, including by supporting in preparing admin and finance documents, obtaining necessary clearances and approvals, following upon administrative actions.
