My responsibilities are to ensure cost effective solution for all our import consignment through negotiating with esteemed shipping lines/freight forwarder for their best proposal with local/destination tariff enable to understand which IMCO term(CFR/FOB/EXW/CPT/FCA) feasible/economical for our ongoing consignment including the Duty & other applicable Taxes, Negotiating exporter/Indenter for pricing/sales contract/Performa invoice against AP/BC/LC (Sight & Usance) n prepare all relevant documents with Conventional/Takaful Insurance and submit to respective bank, obtains draft contract/LC, perform correction/amendment if any, provide transmitted swift to exporter/Indenter and get shipment ready status/date enable to plan/book our shipment with shipping lines/freight forwarder/consolidator thereafter follow them to submit original Import/negotiable documents with advising bank for onward negotiation/dispatches to Issuing bank and get tracking no. for following delivery of document with issuing bank for intimation, value/maturity date, lodge the document in PAD by negotiating ex. rates with treasury and retire against financing facility FIM/FATR/IM/bill of exchange against acceptance letter etc., obtains D/O, Yard & Port charges & make pay order including Duty/Taxes for collector of custom & submit in PD account/online through PSID, liaise up with custom agent for clearance and follow GD status through WeBOC/PSW. Assign transporter for pickup/deliveries n maintain record of all imported consignment vide H.S.CODE/Duty Taxes applicable on it also engage in local procurement with variety of Industrial items of electronic(ups/inverter), electrical(cabling/panel), mechanical device/tools, chemicals, lubricants, zinc, lead, low & high carob wire rod & other general supplies of office stationery, printing, food & beverage etc., and updates all supplier/vendor contract with general scope of deliveries/payment mechanism enable to ensure flawless operations for our supply chain

My Primary duties are to explore the possible business cooperation with fellow
logistics partners, exporter, importer, vendors, owner, broker etc., though our
legendary services and get their attention toward potential leads, inquiry for
transportation of Project and other exceptional cargoes by air, sea and road
from/to Pakistan and neighbor countries around us.
I follow correspondence with International freight forwarder association such
as IFLN, SPAN, TWIG, WFP, SAG, CNL, AOG, Rhenus and Pangea Network for
developed the traffic within the group members, share the valued contribution
to them through online article for the recent job done by our esteemed
organization in the phase of project transportation.
I also take apart into logistics solution of Bulk, Break bulk, Heavy lift, Project
shipment including chartering (as broker), through our close contact with
owner & broker who always at our disposal to offer best feasible solution for
the consignment originating from local handling to the global supply chain
business,

My primary duties being Manager Export are to deal with all associates depts.,
who involve in Export/Import shipment such as Customer service,
Documentation, Operation, Finance etc., for maintaining smooth working
coordination and operational need of customer,
I also take apart into corporate governance issues with Finance Manager,
Operation Manager, including GM/CEO for more efficient operational
processes for entire customer satisfaction.I follow correspondence with principles, agents and shipping lines for local
formalities such as pricing in collaboration with sales team, space allocation for
our own container(NVOCC), loading and unloading of containers, containers
space related issue, and to get approval of IMO Cargoes etc.
Currently I’m handling all export/import formalities for a consignment from
general freight forwarding to project shipment with door to door solution
including chartering of Bulk, Break bulk, Heavy lift, Project Cargoes etc.

My secondary duties are to explore the possible business cooperation with
