As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Qatar Charity's ASWA-II Project in Jhang, I led impactful field assessments and facilitated actionable plans based on feedback. My experience as a Project Coordinator for NRSPs Google Internet Dost and Internet Zabardast Project showcased my expertise in smart device utilization and community mobilization. I honed my ability to engage communities and ensure program adherence. My journey spans roles like MIS Program Assistant with USAID's PYWD Project, where I developed strong data management and community engagement skills.
