• Establish Project Plan Baseline: defined project scope and charter, allocated resources, plan and monitored all activities.
• Implement and lead Product Development Process by managing internal and external resources.
• Develop Flow Charts for IT Department to demonstrate the direction /processes of the project.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and customer relations and operations department to deliver the product according to stakeholder requirements.
• Devising Project Financial Plan and analyzing the Quarterly Corporate Forecast and provide Management Quarterly Reviews including drivers of variances.
• Design strategies, prioritize initiatives and work in collaboration with the related departments to automate the Revenue Cycle Management of the clients.
• Develop the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to focus on project delivery completion and efficiency.
• Formulate and maintain various Reports and Dashboards to assess the project performance.
• Regularly Present the Project Performance to the Senior Management including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer to communicate them the accomplishments and the associated risks.
