Job and Responsibility:
• Bank reconciliation of different banks and accounts
• Party wise credit terms reconciliation (open market)
• Party wise branding cost reconciliation (open market)
• Calculation of margin party wise.
• Negotiating and setting margin with new shops.
• Generating sales invoices and their collections( Hang Ten Shops)
• Generating collections vouchers from open market sale
• Issues deal with Jockey sales all over South Region( Karachi, Hyderabad and Quetta)
• Manage petty cash and expenses
• Prepare expenses budgets and forecasts
• Report to Directors finance
• Individual product wise sales analysis
