A motivated nonprofit professional holding a Masters degree in Development Studies with distinction (Two Gold Medals) and a Google Certified Project Management Professional and Data Analyst. I have over 10 years of work experience in Monitoring and Evaluation working at different nonprofit organizations in diverse communities across Pakistan. My area of expertise includes designing and implementing ME systems, accountability mechanisms, conducting evaluations, monitoring, developing donor reports, documenting learning, capacity building of field-based staff, designing key project documents including ToC, LFA, formats, budgets, and coordination with department hands, implementing partners and donors. I am a passionate volunteer having over 11 years of experience in program implementation while volunteering at subsidiary organizations of the Aga Khan Development Network. As Honorary Secretary at the Aga Khan Social Welfare Board for 7 years, I supervised volunteers (over 100) working for the poor, vulnerable, and differently-abled (PVDS) including Afghan refugees operating social protection programs, education, health, food security, housing, and economic upliftment programs along with targeted interventions for differently-abled persons and senior citizens. Strategic responsibilities:
· Support HNS planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in line with established project agreements and project plans.
· Support results management focus for Norwegian Red Cross supported operations.
· Support HNS to implement sound technical planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in line with established programme agreements and programme plans.

Operational responsibilities:
Program Planning and Design Support:
· Contribute to proposal writing and designing the project for funding opportunities
· Designing logical framework, M&E plan, tools, formats, SOPs and guidelines for all projects (Public health, WASH, Emergency)
Monitoring and Evaluation:
· Design and conduct evaluations (baseline, midline, end line and other) and develop evaluation reports
· Conduct monitoring visits to implementation sites, report findings and recommendations and conduct debrief sessions with concerned staff to develop an action plan for course correction and follow-up
Reporting and Data Quality Assurance:
· Collaborates with all implementing partners and stakeholders for routine data collection
