1.Inventory Management of PCs and accessories throughout the region.
2.Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
3.Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements
4.Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops.
5.To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone, email & remotely.
6.Installs, configures and maintains personal computers, networks, workstations, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling and related equipment, devices and systems
7.Microsoft Outlook configuration, Backup and restore the Emails and settings.
8.Installed and update the Symantec Antivirus workstation by Antivirus server (AVS).
9.Ready to combat panic situation i.e. Virus attacks, intrusion detection etc.
10.Investigates user problems, identify source, determine possible solutions and implement solutions.
11.To notify relevant staff to arrange for external support where problems cannot be resolved in house.
12.Troubleshoot and provide necessary training on Oracle & In-House applications.
13.Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
14.Occasional after‐hours and weekend support is required.
