Quality Control Inspector / Asst. Coordination Officer • Factory Manager
Progressed through series of positions with increasing responsibilities and swiftly rendered a lead role and a key interface for the overseeing of a technically sophisticated team and Pre-cast Concrete Factories. (40 to 350 labor + Staff in one unit).
Key Responsibilities:
Rendered keen eye for details to prepare computerized documents for ISO Inspection Team; inspected Quality of Products in all Factories of Banu Mukhtar Group all over the Pakistan and guided Factory Manager improving products\' quality.
Exercised hands-on approach and effective controls to perform lab testing i.e. cube testing, slump cone test, sieve analysis, h.t wire/strand testing, and MS steel testing and trial mix with their records is the specialty.
Reported complete cost estimates of factory products to the higher management (BOD), ensured annual increment of labor and Factory workers on behalf of BOD, labor handling and resolving the issues of labor and workers.
Updated report and have full control (check & Balance) on all Sales Teem regarding booked orders and their status.
