Summary
As Deputy Manager MIS of a Private Sector Hospital Alkhidmat Hospital Nishterabad Peshawar, I am responsible for managing and overseeing the MIS team as well as ensuring that its processes run smoothly. My duties include the assessment of system operations, the formulation of data backup plans, the coordination of data analysis, and the development of new procedures. Additionally, I remain up to date on the latest technologies used in the healthcare sector in order to make sure our systems remain current. I also lead staff training sessions to ensure that everyone is properly trained on using information systems. In addition, I work with the rest of the hospital's departments to manage our health analytics, healthcare records, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance, and more.
