Responsible to ensure development of new business in order to achieve desired goals through motivated group performance and by using variety of sales techniques. Handling construction projects sales queries and complaints and provide technical assistance to improve and secure sales of dealers. Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales. Arranging meetings with potential customers and selling product offerings. Carry out survey & research to appoint new dealers in assigned area of operation. Perform sales and collection activities within assigned dealers network and customer base as per set goals. Manages to ensure display of all products at customer's premises and henceforth ensures availability of required SKUs in the inventory. Maintain and upsell for value addition through availability of value added SKUs. Maintains party wise accounts and ensures its reconciliation with customers on periodical basis. The position entails frequent market visits to maintain strong liaison with customers, collection of updated market intelligence in order to keep the line manager up-dated. Coordinate to sort out any complaint or pending claim in timely manner.

Gather market and customer information and provide feedback. Maintain number of days between 25 days to achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales & collection target. Coordinate with Line Manager regarding progress of the ongoing orders to ensure on time deliveries. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Familiarize yourself about the complete range of Company products with a view to answer all type of queries of consultants / customers. Keep up to date about latest technological developments, innovations and related information about cables production as well the production system of the Company. Seek full knowledge of other competitors products, their strengths and weaknesses. Identify new projects, customers and business opportunities. Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed.
Managing the sales of Rs . 10 million ( average ) in the assigned area.
