Implement and manage Azure Active Directory, including user management, groups, and roles.

Management of Active Directory, Symantec Enterprise Solution & Storage environment.
Manages and optimizes computer, software and network systems to ensure high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the supported business applications.
Manage and support primary and DR Sites.
Provide day-to-day technical support for Senior Executives and their Administrative Assistants.
Provide high-level customer support with a focus on ownership and follow-through with every interaction.
Tag-ups with executive personnel and perform general IT maintenance tasks, resolving moderate to complex problems immediately.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, Laptops, mobile devices, printers, videoconferencing, Skype Enterprise Voice, business application software, telecommunication issues and potentially local network issues.
Maintain the computer networks of all types of organizations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.
Responsibilities
