Responsibilities:•       Established and expedited the strategic & critical contracts.•       Coordinating and collaboration with stakeholders (Liaison with Technical &               Services Dept. for queries and assistance).•       Negotiated vendor payment terms and contracts conditions to meet                         aggressive production.•       Review of PR, processing RFQ, review of offers, comparative making,                       maintaining high level of integrity, selection of required supplier, Issuance of           purchase order, Tracking and expediting the supply, Handling inspections and           delivery.•       Handling of technical and commercial queries with supplier.•       Warranties and other related follow up matters with the supplier till                         completion of PO/Contract.•       Arranged and participated in meetings with suppliers to facilitate                            standardization and economical procurement.•       Identify potential supplier based on project requirements.•       Writing reports and keeping the record.

Responsibilities:
•       Purchase of foreign and local construction materials.
•       Identification of original manufacturers for outsourcing to make the                         procurement process more cost effective and reliable.
•       Approved requisition, place purchased orders and expedited goods and                     services to meet just in time inventory controls.
•       Implemented improvement initiative to achieve inventory cost reductions and           material delivery precision.
•       Maintaining quality control procedures.
•       Assessing and minimizing risk.
•       Writing reports and keeping the record.

Responsibilities:
•       Study in detail the scope of work (SOW), technical and commercial                         requirements of the Project.
•       Substation primary and secondary engineering experience with knowledge of           civil, mechanical, electrical interface.
•       Review Design & Engineering drawings, such Single Line Diagrams, General             Layouts, Civil Drawings, Schematics of HV, MV and LV  etc.
•       Study in detail the Client provided data/information, Equipment details, Site             related information, investigation reports etc. Preparation of Technical                     Data/Drawings, its subsequent submission and getting necessary approval.             Follow-ups and coordination with client/consultant. Ensuring adherence of               technical parameters with suppliers/manufacturers.
•       Negotiate with suppliers/client for any technical deviation.
•       Project Planning, Monitoring and Control.
•       Manage transportation of local and foreign equipment to site, their safe                   unloading.
•       Manage and Supervise Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Equipment          at site.
•       Ensure proper invoicing, collection of payments, proper project closing and              hand over.
•       Responsible for official correspondence.

Electrical Load Schedules.
Sizing / Selection of Power Cables, Busbars, Circuit Breakers, Fuse Unit, Cable Ladder / Trays & Trunkings, etc.
