Responsibilities:
1. To maintain the quality of product e.g, Clinker & Cement etc.
2. To control the Quality of In-process samples throughout the process.
3. To monitor Cement Grinding to achieve maximum strength. 
4. To control all shift activities.
5. To control Raw Mill through QCX.
6. To analyze all raw material, In-process samples and final products on XRF spectrometer.
Fuel lab (Coal/Pet Coke) Experience:
1. Sampling and Sample preparation (analysis sample) Of Coal/Coke.
2. Proximate Analysis e.g. Inherent Moisture, Volatile Matter, Ash preparation, Sulphur, Gross            Calorific Value, Net Calorific Value etc.
3. Ultimate Analysis e.g. Carbon and Hydrogen etc.                                                                             
4. Troubleshooting of Bomb Colorimeter IKA C6000 and CS Determinator CS580.
5. Daily Reporting Of Coal Quality of Process Coal & Incoming Coal/Pet Coke.
6. Preparation of SOPs regarding Coal testing according to ASTM Standards.
7. Calibration of Bomb colorimeter and CS Determinator.                                                                         
8. To maintain all data for all activities of Fuel lab.                                                                                
    Chemical Lab Experience:
    Chemical analysis of Cement and Clinker on wet analysis according to the standards of ASTM        C114 and EN196-2.
    Chemical Analysis includes:
    Analysis of SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,CaO,MgO and SO3 etc. 
    Analysis of Alkalis e.g., Na2O and K2O etc. on Flame Photometer.
    Participates in different audits of different Clients as a chemist.
    To Perform Water testing (pH,TDS,Conductivity,Hardness,Alkalinity, Chlorides & Silica)

1. Analysis of  different chemicals including  hydrocarbons e.g, LABSA,SLS,SLES
       (Active Matter, pH, Acid Value, Alkalinity etc.)
2. Analysis of Formic Acid & Sulphuric Acid.
3. To maintain all shift data and shift activities.
4. To prepare Daily Quality Report.
5. To prepare the SOPs for different tests and Qualification assessment tests for the assessment of internee/New Comers. 
6. To Perform Water testing (pH,TDS,Conductivity,Hardness,Alkalinity & Chlorides)

1. Analysis of  Poymer and Solid State Polymer.
      (Viscosity,CEG,Acid Value etc.)
2. To control all shift activities and supervise the analyst.
3. Inspection of Materials throughout the process.
4. To maintain and compile all working data of the shift. 
5. To Perform Water testing (pH,TDS,Conductivity,Hardness,Alkalinity & Chlorides).

1. Testing of different textile Materials e.g, Fabric, garment, Knittwares, Home textiles according to       different standards e.g, ISO, AATCC,EN,BSEN etc.(Colour Fastness to Rubbing, Water,                     Perspiration,wash, Dry Cleaning & CF to Light)
2. Flammabilty Test according to 16 CFR 1610
3. Participates in different Audits as a chemist. 
4. To monitor & manage all shift activties. 
5. To perform the assessment of the samples after being tested.
