Ø  Manage / Follow-up Fabrics Procurement, Dyeing, Cading, Printing, Emb Punching.
Ø  Pre-Costing of Each n every Article and set cost targets Fabric, Embellishment, Sewing and sale………
Ø  Pre-Costing of Each n every Article and set cost targets Fabric, Embellishment, Sewing and sale……
Ø  Managing Out Source Embroidery, Adda work
Ø  Timely/ Day to day follow up of Product development, Materials Sourcing, Production Output and Quality.  
Ø  Analysis the each ‘n’ every style that have to Design to inducted in production at Sampling and Development stages to set it route of production & Quality. Moreover, discuss its complications to Design studios for smooth running of Articles.
Ø  Establish and maintain relation with vendors to ensure timely supplies and sustainable supply chain.
Ø  Monthly & weekly production target settings.
Ø  Articles wise rate setting on In House ‘n’ Out Source work as per Cost sheet.
Ø  Make sure deliveries on time with Quality.

Production Planning & Control
 
v  To plan when, how much, Where and in what order to produce and ensure a constant check on operations in order for everything to go as planned
Production Management.
 
Ø  Managing 850 Machines with 7000- pieces day out put
Ø  Managing Adda Work / Embellishment In House of 350 peoples & commercially.
Ø  Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement.
Ø  Over all control and management of Embellishment, Printing, Garments Production and Quality control in Company
Ø  Ensuring Quality of finish Fabrics, Embellishment, Garment by monitoring all process starting from Fabrication, Embellishment to Packed and Dispatches product to Shops.
Ø  Develop co-ordination between all departments in factory and commercial resources for better output and Quality.
Ø  Piece-rate setting on in house ‘n’ Commercial based on operational work as per Sam’s/ cost sheet.

Ø  Managing 350 Machines with 10500- pieces day out put
Ø To run Embellishment, Garment division smoothly and efficiently, looking after production, Quality, Hiring, firing and training of new work force in Cutting, Stitching and Finishing of Organization

•        Managing 550 Machines with 13500- pieces day output.
•        To run Garment division smoothly and efficiently, looking after production, Quality, Hiring, firing and training of new work force in Cutting, Stitching and Finishing of Garment Division.
•        Ensuring quality of finish garment by monitoring all process starting from cutting to final inspection of Consignment/Shipment.
