Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Responsible for salary preparation and audits in multiple regions. Efficiently handles new hire documentation and data input in Oracle-ERP. Leads final settlement procedures for departing employees, including thorough audits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Attendance management. Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department. Assist with HR record-keeping and data management. Provide support in employee relations matters. Keep an Eye to maintain employee’s attendance, late coming, and leave record. Prepare coordinate in final settlements of employees.
