Identify strategic thematic areas for interventions and maintain coherence related to mental health, psychosocial support and protection (MHPSS&P) integrated interventions and social behavior change communication aligned with mission strategy.
Lead implementation and quality of mission strategic objectives.
Contribute / support in development of mission communication, research and advocacy strategy.
Support in context analysis for strategy development
Consultation with stakeholders (Government departments, UN agencies, district administration)
Setting objectives, outcomes, activities and expected results for MHPSS&P strategy
Representing the mission to outside bodies on mental health matters and develop a network for the exchange of information and good practice

Mission 2: Provide technical programme quality oversight on MHPSS-P interventions
The Health Manager is responsible for:

Support in development of innovative ideas, concept notes and technical proposals for grants / funding related to mental health, nutrition and health programing and preparation of initial draft of budget in collaboration with finance team.
Contribution to the MHPSS-P program integration with Nutrition, Health, FSL, WASH and other cross cutting issues with the aim of ensuring integrated and holistic approaches.
Support and validate the implementation guide for relevant programs implemented in the field including assessment, surveys, implementation etc.
