Summary of Experience


More than 13 years of experience as  gender  Expert  in both humanitarian and development work, I have steadily developed knowledge, skills and attitude that would allow me to effectively lead and manage an office and team to achieve organizational goals and mission.


Trainings and manual development: Deliver trainings and prepared manuals on Organizational Development, Human Rights, DRM, HAP& HAZERD, HVCA,PMP,VDMC,ICBDRM,WASH, CLTS, BCC, Agri & harvesting, Pressurized irrigation, SPHERE, Conflict resolutions, First Aid in CBDRM, Child centered CBDRM, Women centered CBDRM, SBDRM and Gender mainstreaming in emergencies. Prepare School and health centers safety manuals and plans.


Gender Expert:


Gap Analysis, Capacity building, Manual Development, Gender Monitoring end evaluation framework, gender Specific Policy making, Gender action plan and gender mainstreaming.


Program Development:Program planning, analysis, review and program evaluation. Develop SOPs, and policies. Fund raising, preparing, maintaining data base, staff capacity building and TNAs.


Program Execution: Execute relief, rehabilitation and development projects in all over the Punjab with various donors and implementing partners with quality and within time limits. Conducting baseline and end line surveys, data analysis, need assessments, conducting project orientation workshops, project appraisal meeting in community, preparing COs, through PRA tools, preparing DIPs, evaluation progress as per log frame goal, prepare exit strategies with sustainability.     


Program Monitoring:Conduct Participatory monitoring involving communities and other stakeholders to track the planned activities as per log frame, evaluate the activities in terms of quality, quantity and methodology. Prepare monitoring matrix, formats and questionnaire for different activities. Review the program / project activities in the context of monitoring results.   


Administration & Logistics: I have managed office administration with maximum 20 staff members including Community mobilizers, administrative, finance, logistic, Effective Citizen Groups, and support staff. Conducting weekly and monthly staff meetings to discuss work plans, progress, and activity-based requirements. Manage the logistics and warehousing. Responsible for conducting staff TNA and prepare their capacity building plans and arranging the trainings, conducting pre and post training evaluations.
