I am working part-time as a Teaching Assistant where I assist the instructor in preparing and delivering lectures, preparing amd grading of quizzes and assignments and final grading of the students. I also guide students who are in their last semester in their thesis related queries.

I worked as a Production Coordinator at Viral Webbs Islamabad. Viral Webbs is a Publishing Company located at USA, UK, Cambridge and Sharjah. My job responsibilities involve coordination with International Clients (mostly authors) and guide them in the overall production process of their books. Inter-departmental interaction in order to get the job done is also one the main responsibilities of my job.

I have also worked for CASE as a visiting faculty of BBA program.

I worked for Allied Power Products for four years Sales Coordinator. My responsibilities included
coordination with the Suppliers on pricing, preparing Quotations for the Customers; follow up with
Customers for contracts finalization. I also worked as Project Coordinator from June 2014 on a
USAID funded project for the Health Department comprising of the IT equipment for strengthening of
the Vaccination Logistic Management Information System (vLMIS). The major functions on the
project were coordinating the logistics with the shippers & forwarders for the import of equipment
and delivery to the sites thereafter.

I have worked as a supervisor in National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) for almost
4 years in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department. My job responsibilities included
taking complaints from customer\'s end and coordination with other departments, NRC’s and all regional headquarters to resolve those complaints . Coordination, customer complaint resolution and trouble shooting at customer end were my main responsibilities. Writing officials letters and memorandums, recording attendance at department end and some other human resource related activities were also part of my job.

I served Great Bear International Services (Pvt.) Ltd, a CDMA operator (Wireless Local Loop)
company in Pakistan for about 8 months. I served as Networks System engineer. My responsibilities
during my job period included Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly NSS and BSS system\'s performance reports of the entire Network using different network tools, Managing Network Alarm Systems, Fault Management, Security Management of the system and Network Troubleshooting, Preparation of weekly fault and performance reports, Take actions on customer complaints received from call center, Router and switch monitoring installed for M2000 connectivity, Coordination with other departments regarding internal system\'s issues.
