Supervising the entire Muscat warehouse and logistics operations.
Responsible for demand planning of whole Oman of Oasis and Lacnor
Communication, follow up, and coordination between UAE and Oman regarding Inbound and boarder
issues.
Looking Inbound and outbound activities, trailer arrangements for interior stock movement and from
plant.
Maintaining stock level as per DOC and rotation of slow moving/Aged SKU’s.
Responsible of Co-packing and promotions execution as per sales demand.

Stock planning to maintain DOC & to Avoid OOS. Stock picking, receiving, physical count, damage &
shortages handling, DOCK planning, STO creation, maintaining warehouse HK, inventory management
etc.
Logistic planning, transport arrangements, new vendor searching to gain competitive prices, periodic
maintenance of dedicated vehicle, sales order processing & their execution on daily basis.
General administration of branch like provision of utilities, housekeeping, repair & maintenance, admin
budget, petty cash handling, fixed assets tracking.
Managing account’s related issue at Branch level like, petty cash posting, banks related transactions,
cash management on daily basis, accruals report, logistics bills and audit etc.
Handled HR related matters like, maintain attendance, leaves detail, monthly salary detail & hiring of
employees.
Visit supplier route for audit purpose to ensure the smooth execution of bills and merchandising.
Daily reports including, ELT, VLA, OOS, DSR, HK, inventory value, cubes data etc.

Administration related work, HR (3rd party hiring), Account payable, Billing, Petty cash handling, Billing of logistics and purchase, working in SAP to process bills and making PO\'s to help purchase dept.
