Summary

Adhere to all security advice from NPRM Pakistan and the Coffey International Development HSSE Manager.
Adhere to Coffey International Policies and Procedures as outlined in the Project safety security manual PSSM.
Monitors security situation on media and alerts NPRM in case of emergency or incident in the city.
Staff tracking and sharing the upcoming security developments info with the staff members advised by NPRM
Dispatching of vehicles to pickup or drop off staff.
Assist transport manager to maintain record of log books
Note down all the security incidents and make a daily report.
Making sure that all vehicles fuel tanks are topped up and slips are recorded over the weekends
Send notification to the staff about their pickups and drop off at airport or field visits movement by providing information of driver / vehicle
Supervise guards and drivers in the absence of Transport manager and NPRM
Ensure that drivers are working as per their duty Roster for drivers and watch keepers
Ensure that all the movements are recorded on the operational log sheets soft copy and hard copy and then secured for the record
Ensure that proper handover of staff movement is done while changing the shifts.
Any other duty can be assigned by the NPRM.
Staff picks and drops
Aware of the duty rosters and have prepared for the team.
Travel to field office with National and International staff in AJK, KPK, South/North Punjab
Maintain assigned vehicle clean and according to the maintenance periodical schedule
Fueling assigned vehicle ensuring periodic maintenance and reporting to supervisor
Read and interpret maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for the staff.
Maintain accurate up to date records log-book, vehicles' maintenance files and records
Fill and maintain leave/overtime forms and per-diem forms
Ensure compliance with federal or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standard guidelines, etc.
Perform duties with finance department such as deposit/withdraw cash, deposit letters.
Late night duties with expat staff, late night Air Port picks and drops.
