End Verification of Sami Foundation and Sukaar Foundation Project (Fodder for Livestock Management and Cash Grant for Handicraft Beneficiaries)
-Travel to Cluster / Villages for data collection.
-Sampling and house hold selection of area selected.
-Responsible for all data collection from field.
-To support the survey representative in any other activities related to the data collection.

 Participates in need assessments, Participatory Rural Appraisals, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses and community consultations.
 Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources.
 Supports the development of agreements and MoUs with community based organizations or other civil society groups.
 Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of ACTED.
 Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees).
 Liaising with program staff of other ACTED teams to ensure that information is shared and that lessons learned are developed.
 Responsible for mainstreaming gender
 Supports in the development of IEC materials for all activities implemented.
 To work with the community for the roll-out of agreed project activities;
 Facilitate the process of community mobilization.
 Facilitate and organize field visits of various stakeholders at field sides for effective implementation and support to ensure sustainability;
 Provide regular and follow up support to communities organizations on Cash for Training activities;
 Develop progress reports periodically to line manager, in order to ensure the provision of accurate and updated information;
Documentation
 Fill, Check & control daily Beneficiaries attendance sheet on daily basis;
 Ensure documentation requested by the line manager is correctly completed.
 Any other task assigned by the supervisor

 Co-ordinate with Sr. Officer DRR for effective implementation of the CBDRR activities;
 To work with the community for the roll-out of agreed project activities;
 To assist identifying CB-DRR activities e.g. Early Warning, Hazard Mapping, for community members,including local teachers, SMCs, and also engage youth in suitable engagement/participation sessions through meetings and sessions;
 Facilitate the process of community mobilization and form Village Disaster Management Committee;
 Supervise and Conduct Capacity building programs at the community level for VDMCs and also cover Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability and Capacity assessment (HRVCA);
 Facilitate and provide technical support to the Village Disaster Management Committees in conducting Hazard, Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment and also develop report;
 To work with Community Based Disaster Management Committees to come up with Community Based Disaster Management Plans;
 Ensure that CB-DRR is implemented effectively in a good quality standards and ensuring consistency of the work in accordance to the programme goal and objectives;
 Facilitate and organize field visits of various stakeholders at field sides for effective implementation and support to ensure sustainability;
 Develop, maintain and improve work coordination with local key partners (community, NGO, international bodies and DM Authorities), to ensure the successful implementation of the project activities;
 Provide regular and follow up support to communities organizations on CB-DRR activities;
 Develop progress reports periodically to line manager, in order to ensure the provision of accurate and updated information;
 Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
