Check the results of raw materials , In process compound and final product.
Take steps to control variation of results from standard range.
Production of different compounds for tyre and tube making process.
Controls different parameters of Banbury during mixing of compound.
Resolves problems during mixing of raw materials for tyre and tube making process.
Deals with the problems come in other department during tyre and tube extrusion, calandering, Splicing,building, and curing process related to compound.
Analyse the root cause of the problems.
Minimize the faults come in final cured tyres and tube.
Checked on production team by analysing their performance and make sure the SOP are being followed.
Analyse the final product and separate the B,C,D category product from A category.
Work with research and development team to improve the quality of compound.
