Project Engineer
-Planning & Scheduling of Project Timelines & ensuring the execution of work at sites accordingly.
-Project Risk and Cost Management.
-Preparation of Monthly EPC, Monthly Sale & Collection Plan, P.O Status, Profit & Loss
Statement, Direct & Indirect Cost of the Projects, Preparation of Invoices, Payments to
the Suppliers & Sub-contractors.
-Coordination with design team in preparation & submission of data and drawings to
Client/Consultants and getting approval of the same.
-Correspondence & Coordination with Client, Consultants, Supplier, Sub-contractors, in
house Departments (Design, Finance, Marketing) and Site Staff.
-Preparation of Purchase Orders for local and foreign equipment to be procured and for
Civil Works. Preparation of VOs (Variation Orders) for Non-BOQ items/services.-
-Quality Assurance of the equipment according to approved data/drawings in Factory
Acceptance Tests (FAT).
-Preparing the Reports / Presentations for project during different stages from Concept Design to Final Design stage.
Sales & Marketing Supply of Material & Technical Support of Control & Protection part of Grid Equipments.
-Understanding of Wapda, NTDC and K.Elektric Standard Specifications, to meet clients Requirement.
-Correspondence with Principal, Client to ensure smooth progress of Project.
-After sales technical Support.
-Coordinate with officials to carry out the Inspections, like HT/LT panels

-Inventory Control & Management, Preparation of material Mover-orders
-handling above activities with ORACLE Data Base Software

Tendering-Preparation of Technical & Commercial Bid of Grid Stations material Procurement Projects.
