• Responsible for supporting: Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Office 2003, 2007 and 2010, Windows Server Backup products, LAN and WAN, Remote access, Anti-Virus products, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless router and switches.
• Run the productions in different shifts. Work as a team member, perform the entire task and resolve all kind of issues of production with the team.
• Coordination with client regarding client applications and up-gradations.

• Configuration of Hard phones and a soft phone such as SJ Phones, Eye Beam, CISCO hard phones and vice versa.
• Providing a plat form to communicate with International Clients
Formatting the engagement letters, letters / notices prepared on Ms Word.
Dealing with the issue related to the ERP Software with Software Company.
Provide technical support and training to the Office staff regarding ERP Software.
Make sure that network works properly.
Deal with the Networking Issue.
o Maintains and supports company’s LAN environment.
o Working on More Than 50 Nodes
o Maintain and update Security Cameras in (CCTV)
o CAT-6 cabling.
