PROFESSION AND INTEREST
For the majority of my career before moving into training, I followed a career in banking/customer services with my own freelance training consultancy service. My first job was an internee with TDAP in research and development, as a research internee for the gemstone sector. I joined Meezan Bank ltd later as a service quality coordinator during this time my interest for training had grown as i had enrolled in the M.s Thesis program where i met my mentor, Since then my passion has always been to train youngsters and individuals who have the potential but do not believe in themselves. My Motto 'Life's battles don't always go, to the stronger or faster man, But sooner or later the man who wins, is the man WHO THINKS HE CAN'.
GOALS
My goal as per my job has always been to implement 'change' whether it is Bank's policies, SBP compliance, Human Resource Development Trainings at branch level.I am driven for recognition at work, the need for responsibility, having control over my own work and being accountable for my actions. I love variety and change in my work and I am not motivated by stability and security.I am driven by the need to excel in what I do.I am motivated by my interest in the work, salary and other rewards.
PHILOSOPHY
I embrace a continuous improvement philosophy and posses strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, able to meet targets and be a team player with robust influencing skills. My strengths include passion to Excel, thriving through diversity, with a strong customer services focus and training individuals for development.
