Key Responsibilities:
 Working on after sales support services and providing technical backup as required
 Audit the customer production facility & diagnose the improvements regarding process/product performance & failure analysis.
 Develop long term relationship with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
 To improve existing PVC products or its formulation & develop a new PVC product with the help of business development department that satisfies a newly defined market niche.
 Creating quarterly newsletters on product/services/technologies raising awareness to the market

Achievements:
 Changed the die design of the extruder to minimize the die swelling phenomena in inner tubes & reduced the rejection rate from 2.5% to 1%.
 Increased the dryness fraction of the steam by modifying the existing steam pipe line layout for inner tubes
 Development and Implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 at Diamond Tyres Ltd as a QHSE team member
 Facilitator & Presenter the Quality Circle at 29th ALA MAYR CIRCLE Atlas Honda Limited Skp. Plant
