Here I manage trouble tickets received from clients, time escalation of trouble tickets through calls, follow up after escalating trouble tickets until it is closed, working in strong coordination with OMCR for critical alarms, managing CM reports, client satisfaction by conveying team movement, interaction with management for field teams problems. Also the hand on experience of generators permitive maintenance. Maintaining trouble ticket TTs record received from Huawei. Dispatching TTs to field teams. One by one Follow-up of the dispatched TTs. Closing TTs in CM report with complete data. Sending complete CM report to higher management on daily basis. Daily vehicle attendance.
