• Oversaw the replacement of 65 Barrage Gates and 25 Canal Gates, sponsored by the World Bank and awarded to DESCON Engineering Limited.
• Possessed extensive knowledge of Main Barrage Gates and Canal Head Regulators, including maintenance, erection, and installation procedures.
• Monitored contractor progress and prepared monthly project summaries for Mechanical & Electrical Works reports to the World Bank.
• Provided designs meeting Production, Maintenance, Health, Safety, and Environment department requirements.
• Prepared inspection plans/procedures for fabrication, welding, erection, and installation according to contract specifications.
• Reviewed monthly project summaries and formulated Mechanical & Electrical Works percentage summaries.
