 Responsible for quality and technical compliance of all work carried out during construction.
 Extensive working from Civil works design perspective for all Clients (Telenor, Nokia, Mobilink, Zong, and Ufone) projects and solar projects.
 Preparation of Site Designs with the help of Consultants by field visits.
 Responsible for end-to-end projects (Survey, Execution, Audit, Supply Chain).
 Preparing BOQ & Bar Bending schedules and shop drawings.
 Maintaining all projects record (WPs, inventories, POs, SMR, etc.)
 Preparing construction schedule (PIP) and progress reports (Daily, Weekly & monthly).
 Plan, direct the field teams, and expedite the civil work activities as per project standard.
 Maintain material laboratory reports and inspection records.
 Regular meeting with client and sub-contractor regarding project progress and site issues.
 Interacting with and managing sub-contractors, site staff, local authorities, or any other stakeholders during construction.
 Monitoring the overall project activities.

 Make sure that the work is according to the specifications by interpreting typical drawings and shop drawings.
 Daily ongoing activities monitor by inspection/supervision of works of underpasses and Flyover structure.
 Assessment/observation Of Steel & Formwork for Underpasses & Flyover structure.
 Technical performance maintenance of concrete mix plant and deep interaction with Material Engineer for use of better quality and client approved materials.
 Eradicating the project delays and constraints.
 Bring together all meetings with the consultants & clients for the smooth running of the project.
 Traffic diversions planning and replacement routes for smooth traffic flow during peak hours.
 Inspection of the contracts for sub-contractors.
 Checking the overall project activities.

 Assist the Resident Engineer from RD: 395+353 to RD: 428+399 (33 km) regarding structure works like (Replacement of bearing pads of seven bridges, Re-Decking of bridges slabs, the extension of culverts and protection works)
 I have also an additional charge of Highway Works like (Embankment, Sub-grade, Sub-Base, Aggregate Base course, Water Bound macadam, Asphaltic Base Course, wearing Course).
 Checking of Bar Bending schedules and shop drawings.
 To be constantly aware of all continuing operations on the site by means of regular site visits, inspections, etc. To keep a personal daily diary of site events.
 Keep monitor and update as necessary and office records concerning the execution of the works as required and directed by the Resident Engineer.
 Monitor the actions on site of the Contractors against the project specification and drawings and immediately notify the Resident Engineer.
 Manage the Site Inspectors in their daily duties.
 Attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings with Contractors regarding site issues.
 Attend progress meetings with the Client, Contractors, Project Manager to monitor the progress of work against the approved program.
 Assist the Resident Engineer with the preparation of Monthly Reports on the status of the project.

 Monitors and reviews contractors’ construction schedules.
 Executes engineering calculations, working drawing review, line and grades, quantity calculations, and similar engineering tasks.
 Scrutinize delivery, placing, and curing of concrete and the placing of reinforcing steel.
 Assures project's quality control and quality assurance standards.
 Organizes and files daily construction reports, diaries, and other project documents.
 Sustains a daily diary, photolog, contract item quantities.
 Supports Resident Engineer with change order preparation and rectification.
 Other related duties as assigned

 To assist the Resident Engineer from RD: 45+100 to RD: 91+447 (46.4 km) regarding Structures works like (Bridges, Standard road underpass, Road underpass, Subways, cattle creep & culverts) and also Highway works like (Embankment, Sub-grade, Sub-Base, Aggregate Base course, Asphaltic Base Course, wearing Course)
 I am supervising 12 bridges, 8 Road underpass, 4 standard road underpass, 6 subways, 90 culverts & 13 Cattle creep.

 Check and monitor various projects like Tower Strengthening & Maintenance and rectifications, Generators, and transformer up gradation projects.
 Managing Checks and responsibilities for Vendors for proper budget allocation per site.
 Make sure 100% compliance with local Sourcing Procedures, Internal audit requirements & any other company controls.
