Inventory Specialist
• Follow Procure to Pay Cycle (P2P). • Communication with Suppliers for Processing of Sales Tax Invoices & Payments. • Inventory controlling through just in time and reorder level inventory strategy. • Cross Checking of Sale Tax Invoices & AP Payment • Strong follow up regarding Pending Purchase Order with Suppliers • Streamlining processes from material requisition to incoming, issuance and shipments. • Suppliers Reconciliation as per Purchase Orders (PO) • Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations. • Provides coaching and feedback to team members.
